Welcome to an inspiring discussion where Giulia Gaudenzi will share her experience integrating game-based learning into biomedical education at KI.
In this session, Giulia Gaudenzi will present a pilot workshop using the AMR Knowledge Space Game, developed by CAPTRS, to simulate the complexities of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The game fosters collaborative knowledge mapping and scenario-based strategy development, helping students visualise key drivers of AMR and co-create future mitigation pathways.
Jennifer Valcke, educational developer, will moderate the session and guide the conversation around how game-based learning can enhance student engagement, systems thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration in health professions education.
